Nutritional support for fertility, preconception, and pregnancy planning

Why book a preconception consultation?

The preconception period is a valuable window to review your diet, micronutrient intake, energy, and digestion…

The goal isn't to control everything or follow a strict diet, but to build a supportive nutritional foundation—with eating patterns before pregnancy that fit you, and simple, realistic guidance tailored to your situation.

This program is for you if

  • You want to prepare for pregnancy in the coming months in the best possible nutritional shape;
  • You are curious about the link between nutrition and ovulation, oocyte quality, and sperm quality;
  • You have irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, or amenorrhea and want to support your body by working on how you eat;
  • You are facing unexplained infertility or fertility treatment and are looking for complementary nutrition support;
  • You are vegetarian, vegan, or have dietary restrictions and want to approach your conception plans with confidence;
  • You wonder which nutritional supplements are truly useful and right for you;
  • You want to build sustainable eating habits tailored to you before trying to conceive

What I offer during consultations

  • In-depth nutrition assessment: diet, cycle, medical history, symptoms, lifestyle...

  • Plate optimization to support: egg and sperm quality, ovulation, blood sugar balance and hormonal health

  • Personalized recommendations to better cover key micronutrient needs

  • Progressive guidance to prepare your body for pregnancy and optimize your nutritional foundations

  • Couples support available to include both partners

  • No imposed diet, just realistic markers adapted to your project and your pace

Nutrition, fertility & preconception consultations for couples

Attending together helps you:

  • better understand each person's nutritional needs;
  • improve how meals are organized at home;
  • support female and male fertility;
  • avoid having dietary changes rest on one person alone;
  • build shared momentum before pregnancy.

This approach is especially valuable before pregnancy, during fertility treatment, or when you want the best possible chance with eating habits that truly fit you as a couple.

FAQ

When should I book a preconception consultation?

Ideally a few months before pregnancy (3 to 12 months), but it's never too late for a nutritional check-in! A consultation can help from the early stages of a baby project, during fertility treatment, if you have irregular cycles, fatigue, digestive issues, or questions about dietary supplements.

Is it useful if I don't have fertility issues?

Yes. Preconception counselling isn't only for infertility. It also helps anticipate pregnancy nutritional needs, adjust certain habits, and feel more confident.

Do you recommend dietary supplements?

I can advise you or help sort out which supplements are useful—or not—for your situation. Recommendations are personalised and, if needed, can be coordinated with your doctor, midwife, or gynaecologist.

However, I work independently, with no ties to supplement laboratories or brands.

Can we come as a couple?

Yes, couple appointments are possible and even encouraged. Consultations cover each partner individually and then shared habits, so they run a bit longer—fees reflect this (see the pricing page).
